urban.brussels is an administrative body in the Brussels Capital Region. It supports territorial development by implementing regional policies relating to urban development, movable and immovable cultural heritage and managing operational programmes for urban revitalisation.

The Réseau Art Nouveau Network, made up of institutions and experts from some 20 Art Nouveau cities in Europe, was established in 1999 on the initiative of the Monuments and Sites Directorate to study, promote and help to protect Art Nouveau heritage for future generations.
The Network, which was awarded the title of Cultural Route of the Council of Europe in 2014, has also received co-funding from the European Commission in the context of several collaborative projects, enabling it to develop several activities including exhibitions, publications, conferences, educational tools and cultural exchanges for adults, children, new enthusiasts, researchers and professionals.
The multilingual website www.artnouveau-net.eu, a reference information platform for Art Nouveau specialists and enthusiasts, provides scientific and educational material for specialists, professionals and students and showcases the RANN member cities and their events.
