This residence, designed by architect Edouard Ramaekers for himself, is without a doubt one of the most whimsical creations in north-east Brussels. The building, which blends Neo-Gothic influences and the Art Nouveau style with panache, constitutes the peak of Ramaekers’ career. The residence, filled with abundant decoration, forms a total work of art. The architect lived there until his death in 1941.
