Fernand Symons

1869 — 1942
After pursuing lengthy studies at the Brussels Academy of Fine Arts, Symons began a body of work that was often tinged with the Art Nouveau style but was primarily significant for its abundance. He was also intellectually very active in organisations such as the Belgian Central Architectural Society and the periodical “L’Émulation”.
